UAE nationals with an Emirati passport don’t need a visa to enter Armenia. However, if you’re a resident but not a national, you can still apply for an Armenia eVisa, which offers convenient entry options.
With this eVisa, you can stay in Armenia for either 21 days or 120 days, depending on your travel needs. You can also choose between a single or multiple entry visa.
The eVisa process is simple, but it’s important to apply at least 3 business days before your planned arrival. And with a visa fee of just $8 for 21 days visa, it’s both affordable and hassle-free.
In this article, I’ll guide you through the requirements for the Armenia visa and how to fill out the online form to ensure a smooth application process. Whether you’re visiting for a short holiday or a longer stay, I’ve got you covered!

Requirements for Armenia Visa For UAE Residents
Whether you’re a resident with a Pakistani passport, an Indian passport, or any other nationality, the requirements for Visa are same. Now, I’ll share with you the key documents and steps to ensure everything goes smoothly.
- Valid Passport (Original & Copy):
Your passport is essential, and it should have a minimum of 6 months validity from your intended travel date. Make sure to provide both the original and a clear copy. - Copy of Your Emirates ID:
A photocopy of your Emirates ID is required as part of the visa application. - No Objection Letter (NOC):
You’ll need to obtain an NOC from your employer or sponsor. This letter must state that they have no objection to your travel and should be signed and stamped by your company or sponsor. - Attested Bank Statement (3 Months):
An attested copy of your bank statement for the last 3 months is required to show financial stability. Ensure the bank has stamped the document for authenticity. - Two Passport-Size Photographs:
You’ll need two recent passport-sized photos taken against a white background. These should meet standard visa photo guidelines. - Residence Visa Validity:
Make sure your UAE residence visa is also valid for at least 6 months from the time of application. This is crucial for visa approval.
How to Apply Armenia E-Visa For UAE Residents
Now, I will share with you a step by step guide to apply and fill an online form for Armenia visa.Follow each step below.
First, click on the link for e-visa application form.
After the page opens, click on “Apply for eVisa.” It’s a straightforward process, and there’s no need to visit any office—you can complete everything from your phone or laptop.

The visa fees are quite affordable. For a 21-day visa, the fee is only $8, and for a 120-day visa, it’s $38. If it’s your first time traveling to Armenia, I suggest applying for the 21-day visa since it’s easier to get approved. The longer 120-day visa might have more complications.
Once you click on “Apply for eVisa,” choose your passport type—since most of you have Ordinary Passports, select that option. Then choose your country of origin (for example, Pakistan or India).

Next, enter your email address correctly because all the important updates, including the confirmation link, will be sent there. If you enter the wrong email, you won’t receive the link, and you’ll get stuck. After entering your email, click “Next.”
You will now receive a confirmation email. Look for an email from “Electronic Visa System, Republic of Armenia – Email Verification.” Open it and click on the verification link to proceed to the next step.
Once you verify your email, you’ll be directed to a page where you need to fill in your passport details. Enter your passport number, gender, passport issue date, and expiration date exactly as it appears on your passport. Then, fill in your first name, surname, and middle name (if applicable).

You will also need to provide your date of birth and country/place of birth as listed on your passport. If you have any legal cases or criminal history, you must declare it. If not, simply select “No.”
Next, you’ll need to fill in your occupation and residential address. Also, enter your phone number and the contact information for your stay in Armenia—this would typically be the address of your hotel. You can book a hotel online and use its details for this section.

Now, you need to upload your photo. The photo must be 6000×6000 pixels, less than 6MB, with a white or light background, and your face and shoulders clearly visible.
Next, upload a scan of the first page of your passport. Make sure it’s clear, in the correct size, and your passport is valid for at least 6 months with two blank pages for stamps.
If you’ve already booked your flight, you can upload your flight ticket. However, if you’re still planning your trip, you can skip this step for now. Just make sure you have a confirmed hotel reservation.

It’s also mandatory to have travel insurance for your trip. This is affordable, costing around $4-5, and you can easily purchase it online. Don’t forget to upload your bank statement or any proof of funds to show that you can support yourself financially during your stay.
Once you’ve filled in all the information and uploaded the required documents, submit your application. Within 24 hours, you should receive an update on your Armenia eVisa—whether it’s approved or still in processing.
