If you’re a UAE resident planning to visit Bahrain, applying for a Bahrain e-visa is a straightforward process. Here’s a detailed step-by-step guide to help you navigate through the application smoothly.
To begin, visit the official Bahrain e-visa application website and look for the option that says “Apply for an e-visa.” The first form you will encounter will require you to select your GCC country, so choose the relevant option for your residence, such as the UAE.
Next, specify the purpose of your visit; options typically include tourism, transit, or business. If you select “transit,” you may have the option to mention tourism.
After filling in your nationality and personal details, including your passport number, date of birth, country of birth, and passport issue/expiry dates, you will need to choose the type of visa. For UAE residents, select the visit visa for GCC as a single-entry visa. Be mindful that the visit visa allows for extensions if you are already in Bahrain on a visit visa.
Before proceeding, it’s essential to understand the conditions for the visa type you selected. You must meet specific criteria, such as:
