3. Pregnancy Test: Female domestic workers are required to undergo a pregnancy test.
4. TB Chest X-ray: While Dubai does not mandate a chest X-ray for initial applications, Abu Dhabi does. Moreover, all residence visa renewals across the UAE now encompass TB screening. Step by Step Guide for Applying Emirates ID Medical Test in UAE

New users need to create an account with a unique username and password. Existing users can log in directly.
Access and print the “smart form” for the medical fitness exam. You can do this at a printing center or electronically through the e-services platform.
Pay the required fees for the medical fitness exam either at the printing center or electronically through the system.
Ensure you have all necessary documents, including your passport, visa application form (if applicable), and completed medical examination form.
Locate a government-approved preventive medicine or examination center for residency visas. Present your documents for verification.
Follow the center’s instructions to undergo the required tests, which may include chest X-ray (depending on the emirate), blood tests, and a physical examination if necessary.
The medical center will notify you of your results via email and SMS. Results will also be submitted to relevant government authorities.
You will receive an electronic link to access and print your medical examination results.
While the electronic copy suffices for most purposes, you can request the original medical examination certificate to be delivered via Empost courier services (additional charges may apply).
